How Does Hypnotherapy Work
. |
I help people with a wide range of emotional issues how to cope and come through difficult and personal crises, by making positive changes in their lives, mostly anxiety, stress, panic attack, fears, along with smoking cessation, weight loss, confidence, and self-esteem issues.
In my work I draw upon my skills and knowledge. I use a variety of techniques. They are effective and they will facilitate positive changes in your life. Everyone is unique, and although your experiences may be similar to another's, no one will experience the same problems as another person. For example, you may be going through grief because of bereavement, or illness, unemployment, depression and anxiety, panic attacks, substance misuse. All are treatable and all require a different approach. As a professional I have been trained to help in the most efficacious way. Hypnotherapy has helped me to support my clients by accessing their sub-conscious mind, that part of the mind that records all things that you may have forgotten about, as it may have occurred in childhood. Whatever the problem is, be assured, that your sub-conscious mind will find the root cause. What is Hypnosis? Hypnosis is best described as a state of relaxation in which the client is aware of what is going on around them. Furthermore, during hypnosis the client is in control of their sub-conscious mind - the seat of all emotional and behavioral problems - which make it easier to make the desired changes. In hypnosis, my clients have reported feeling deeply, deeply, relaxed throughout the session yet totally aware of what is happening at all times.
